Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vessel shall intimate to the Inland Waterways Authority, in Form 4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inland Waterways Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
