Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any foreman of a chit dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every bill of lading then held; and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
