Application for registration.—Every foreman of a chit carrying on the conduct of a chit shall make an application for registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every contract held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
