Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in the custody of the Assistant Registrar, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority; and where the Assistant Registrar having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within ninety days of the succession.
