Report to the Government.—The Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall prepare, within sixty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of owners of land within a cantonment whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Bihar and publish it within fourteen days of its preparation.
