Intimation of change.—Every owner of land within a cantonment shall intimate to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
