Safe custody.—Every service provider shall keep every protection order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of services to aggrieved persons is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every protection order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Local Complaints Committee within seven days of the close of each year.
