Surrender of certificate.—Every producer who ceases to carry on the production of agricultural produce shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every planting material held by him has been disposed of.
