Intimation of change.—Every operator of a teleport shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form VIII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
