Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of adolescents who ceases to carry on the employment of adolescents shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every protection order held by him has been disposed of.
