Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of adolescents shall apply to the Committee in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
