Surrender of certificate.—Every wholesale vendor who ceases to carry on the wholesale vend of liquor shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every transport pass held by him has been disposed of.
