Surrender of certificate.—Every sub-tenant who ceases to carry on the sub-letting of premises shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Housing Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of projects held by him has been disposed of.
