Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sub-tenant shall apply to the Housing Board in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Housing Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
