Application for registration.—Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application for registration to the Board of Revenue in Form 14, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of occupancy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
