Surrender of certificate.—Every inquiry officer who ceases to carry on the conduct of inquiries shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Information Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every complaint held by him has been disposed of.
