Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the running of licensed premises shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
