Application for registration.—Every specialised adoption agency carrying on the placement of children in adoption shall make an application for registration to the Committee in Form VI, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
