Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station who ceases to carry on the use of premises as a polling station shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Electoral Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2B of the manner in which every account of election expenses held by him has been disposed of.
