Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall keep the premises where the use of premises as a polling station is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every affidavit of a candidate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the use of premises as a polling station, and shall furnish to the Electoral Registration Officer in Form 26, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
