Intimation of change.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form F and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
