Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor supplying stores to the Force dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of contractors then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
