Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of biological resources who ceases to carry on the collection of biological resources shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every tree held by him has been disposed of.
