Application for registration.—Every generator of hazardous waste carrying on the generation of hazardous waste shall make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form II, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every sample of effluent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
