Surrender of certificate.—Every ticketing agent who ceases to carry on the sale of railway tickets as an agent shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of consignments held by him has been disposed of.
