Application for registration.—Every ticketing agent carrying on the sale of railway tickets as an agent shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of consignments held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
