Rule 7, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2026 [S6H-4XE]

Maintenance of premises.—Every amateur radio operator shall keep the premises where the operation of an amateur radio station is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of subscribers kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of an amateur radio station, and shall furnish to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
