Surrender of certificate.—Every building worker registered with the Board who ceases to carry on registration with the Welfare Board shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every register of employees held by him has been disposed of.
