Application for registration.—Every owner carrying on the holding of land shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 4, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
