Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the collector of donations shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
