Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a restaurant shall intimate to the Adjudicating Officer, in Form H and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Adjudicating Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
