Intimation of change.—Every owner of a tube well shall intimate to the River Basin Authority, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the River Basin Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
