Intimation of change.—Every contractor for a religious fair shall intimate to the Registrar of Societies, in Form C and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Societies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
