Rule 12, Uttarakhand Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2026 [S6G-FWD]

Report to the Government.—The Registrar of Societies shall prepare, within sixty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of contractors for a religious fair whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Uttarakhand and publish it within one hundred and twenty days of its preparation.
