Regulation 20, National Medical Commission (Registration of Persons carrying on a clinical establishment) Regulations, 2026 [S6G-F3P]

Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the National Medical Commission in the custody of the Chief Medical Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the National Medical Commission; and where the Chief Medical Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 41 within ninety days of the succession.
