Regulation 19, National Medical Commission (Registration of Persons carrying on a clinical establishment) Regulations, 2026 [S6G-F2M]

Display of certificate.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall display the certificate of registration at a conspicuous place at the premises where the running of a clinical establishment is carried on, shall exhibit at the entrance of the premises a board showing his name and the number and date of the certificate, and shall produce the certificate on request by the Chief Medical Officer together with the record of every certificate of registration maintained under these regulations.
