Regulation 16, National Medical Commission (Registration of Persons carrying on a clinical establishment) Regulations, 2026 [S6G-EZF]

Safe custody.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall keep every sample to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a clinical establishment is carried on, shall record in Form 29 the description of every sample so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Medical Commission within ninety days of the close of each year.
