Correction of entries.—The National Medical Commission may, on an application made in Form 41 by any person carrying on a clinical establishment or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
