Regulation 12, National Medical Commission (Registration of Persons carrying on a clinical establishment) Regulations, 2026 [S6G-EV7]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 3 May 2026.
Production of records.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall, on request by the Chief Medical Officer, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the running of a clinical establishment is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any establishment not held at those premises.
