Authorised agent.—Any person carrying on a clinical establishment may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the National Medical Commission in Form 20 the name and address of the agent within sixty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
