Regulation 3, National Medical Commission (Registration of Persons carrying on a clinical establishment) Regulations, 2026 [S6G-EJN]

Periodical returns.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall furnish to the National Medical Commission, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form 41 of the running of a clinical establishment carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
