Regulation 2, National Medical Commission (Registration of Persons carrying on a clinical establishment) Regulations, 2026 [S6G-EHK]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "person carrying on a clinical establishment" means a person carrying on the running of a clinical establishment; (c) "establishment" means a establishment received, held or disposed of by a person carrying on a clinical establishment in the course of the running of a clinical establishment; (d) "Form 19" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
