Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Board of Trustees in the custody of the Accounts Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Board of Trustees; and where the Accounts Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 13 within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
