Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in military stores shall apply to the Director-General in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Director-General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
