Surrender of certificate.—Every user of the national flag who ceases to carry on the display of the national flag shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every affidavit held by him has been disposed of.
