Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the Public Information Officer shall apply to the Lokayukta in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Lokayukta shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
