Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the placement agency shall apply to the Local Complaints Committee in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Local Complaints Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
