Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the courier service provider shall apply to the Registrar of Chits in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Registrar of Chits shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
