Surrender of certificate.—Every tribunal secretary who ceases to carry on the assistance of an arbitral tribunal shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every record of proceedings held by him has been disposed of.
