Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any auditor of a trust dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of West Bengal in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every trust property then held; and the Government of West Bengal shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
